To maintain the integrity of our services, we have established a non-refundable policy for all of our consultations and services.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases made for gardening consultations, personalized advice, and other services provided by Leafy Havens are non-refundable. This policy applies to:

  • Consultation services: Once a consultation session has been booked and/or completed, the fee is non-refundable, as time and expertise have already been dedicated to your personalized gardening needs.
  • Customized plant recommendations: Our experts invest significant time in understanding your environment and providing detailed plant suggestions tailored to your space. As this is a personalized service, it is not eligible for refunds.
  • Workshops and webinars: Registration for any virtual or in-person gardening workshops hosted by Leafy Havens is non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Rescheduling Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way. If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation or event, we offer a one-time rescheduling opportunity:

  • Consultation services: If you need to reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can reschedule once, free of charge, within 30 days of the original booking.
  • Workshops and events: If you cannot attend a scheduled workshop or webinar, we allow rescheduling to another available session within 30 days of the original event date, provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, please note that refunds will not be issued. However, we recommend utilizing the rescheduling option as outlined above. Cancellations without rescheduling will result in the loss of the service and payment.

4. Service Satisfaction

At Leafy Havens, your satisfaction is our priority. While our services are non-refundable, we are committed to delivering the highest level of expertise and personalized care. If you have any concerns or feel that the service you received did not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us so we can address any issues and provide additional support where necessary.
